We are hiring an Event Coordinator for the 2023 wedding an event season.

DUTIES:

  • Communicate with clients throughout the planning process

  • Host venue client planning meetings

  • Act as the lead or assistant day-of venue coordinator

  • Communicate with vendors

  • Handle event set ups

  • Collaborate with sales person to promote specials

  • Manage venue social media

  • Write venue blogs and compose monthly newsletters

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years experience in the wedding/event industry as a coordinator

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends

  • Flexible schedule starting at 20-30 hours/week with the potential for full time
